interesting. The LOTT Wastewater Management Partnership helps protect
public health and the environment by providing wastewater treatment and
disposal services for the urbanized area of north Thurston County.
Its four government partners (Lacey, Olympia, Tumwater and Thurston County)
jointly manage wastewater resources for a 14,000 acre area, serving a population
